UV/LED Regional Sales Manager for a Leading Global semiconductor manufacturer of UV LED - EMEA. (m/f/d)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating new sales opportunities.
- Finding new customers and ensuring customer satisfaction to retain an existing customer base.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
- Analyse regional market trends.
- Market research, Competitor benchmark & global process identification & implementation. High level relationship building.
- Frequent communication with Customer & Distributors and understanding & fulfilling requirements.
- A good technical understanding is mandatory. Successfully completed technical studies (electrical engineering, physics,) are an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of electronic component sales, product knowledge required.
- LED & Lighting sales experience.
- Home appliance sale experience.
- UV Lamp knowledge and sales experience.
- OEM and Distribution experience.
- Global Account management experience in semiconductor markets.
