Background:

2) Implement Balance meal norm:
Dietary habits are a crucial part of people's wellbeing all around the world, and one of the major factors associated with non-communicable disease (NCD) and disability adjusted life years (DALYs) globally. Our client has committed to help improve the lives of the many people and to create a healthy and sustainable food offer. Establish (improved) Food Healthier Choices framework - Balance meal norm- in all areas in all relevant processes. Mapping of product nutritional quality enables: Range knowledge, Setting range ambitions, Roadmap for further development, Decisions on reformulation, external nutrition communication and Claims substantiation"
The scope of the consultant services is to assist in:
Overall lead of the project. This role is assumed to have ownership of all activities that is project management specifics or technical side of digital/solution only excluding the health & sustainability content, which is managed by other resources. Define and anchor target and KPI, including establish the needed data and its ownership. Determine needed solution support & plan and implement needed solution support. Secure update of process and ways of working & create and execute a change management package.
