Are you an established Sales Manager with a background in Memory Products?
Working with a globally recognised Semiconductor manufacturer, AutoStream are looking for a strong Sales Manager to join the group.
The scope of the role will include:
Collaboration with key decision makers at customers to secure design wins and qualification slots on new programs for DRAM and NAND-based products.
Create and align sales forecast, delivering monthly revenue goals.
Face-to-face customer management meetings to provide support, address issues, communicate updates, and build strong relationships.
Negotiate quarterly business awards including pricing and supply support.
Support sales opportunities by providing product information, roadmap updates, product samples, and price quotations.
Maintain awareness of and communicate internally to Device Solutions America/Korea sales and marketing teams regarding major market trends, customer strategies, and competitive activity.
International business travel to Asia to support customer meetings as needed.
Communicate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to resolve business issues, plan account strategies, and achieve revenue goals.
Several years of sales experience and proven success in the semiconductor industry
Proven negotiation skills and facing technical challenges
Excellent communication skills in German and English
B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering big advantage
Fundamental knowledge of memory semiconductor is a big plus
Willingness to travel frequently, mainly across EMEA
Based ideally in Munich or South Germany
