Electronic Hardware Test Engineer (m/w/d)

In this position as a hardware test engineer, you will join a dedicated team that tests drive systems for electric and hybrid vehicles.
You play an important interface role in the organization, coordinating and executing as well as automating test sequences. T

Your tasks will include:
* Hardware testing of inverters for electric traction drives (voltages < 1000V; I < 600A)
* Creation of test plans and coordination of test specifications taking into account customer and standard requirements
* Development of test setups and test adapters for PCBs up to complete inverter
* Adaptation of test specimens for various test series (electrical and mechanical tests)
* Testing and verification of electronic circuits and their implementation in circuit diagrams
* Support for our manufacturing partners worldwide
* Documentation, analysis and reporting of results

Required Skills
* Completed technical studies at an FH or TU (electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.) or HTL with several years of professional experience
* Experience with initial commissioning of prototypes and test setups
* Understanding the requirements of automotive technology
* Practical handling of tools and measuring equipment
* Experience with Python, Doors, Matlab, PSPICE, Labview
* Communication skills in dealing with team members, customers and suppliers
