Configuration and Change Manager (m/f/d)
Job description:
As a Change and Configuration Manager, you are part of a dedicated team that develops drive systems for future electric and hybrid vehicles. You are responsible for change management in engineering, ensuring that changes are implemented on time according to the process and support the team in terms of successful project management during implementation. You see yourself as a sparring partner in electrification projects both to the internal departments (development and test) and to suppliers and customers. You are a proactive team player and are happy to accept a high degree of personal responsibility as your personal challenge. With your organizational and communication skills you form the interface to all stakeholders and score with your analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking. In hot project phases you keep a cool head and convince with resilience.
Your tasks will include:
- Active introduction and series support of change management in electrification projects
- Reporting the change management status to the project team
- Ensuring compliance with processes and standards when processing changes
- Support of the project manager in the implementation and moderation of internal change control boards
- Initiation and tracking of suitable measures to ensure the timely processing of changes
- Planning and implementation of configuration management in the context of automotive series projects
- Plausibility check, tracking and reporting of work products for releases in configuration management
- Proactive introduction of improvements and process developments
Your skills:
- Completed technical studies (FH | TU) in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering / electronics, automation technology or similar
- Relevant professional experience in project, change and application management in the automotive sector
- Ideally, knowledge of standards - ISO 26262, ISO / IEC 15504 (SPICE)
- Assertive and communicative personality
- Very good knowledge of German and English
